Thank you for visiting our online decor shop! If you have any questions regarding our return/ exchange policy, send us an email.

Returns/Refunds

*Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Please send an email to christinasolis@shopcozynest.com including:  

  • Order number and the reason of the return.

  • Picture of the product in case of any damage during the shipping or in case of receiving the wrong product.   

  • The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email and we will take care of it right away. 

  • Please ship the items back to the address we send to you and include a copy of the original receipt along with the return receipt.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.   

 

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We do offer exchanges up to 30 days from receipt. If you need to exchange, send us an email.    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.     

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
